Feeling safe and happy at school
At Ruswarp School, we want to make sure that you feel looked after, safe and happy when you are in and out of school. Sometimes we don’t know if something bad is happening, so you need to tell us. You can always speak with one of the trusted adults in school. Even if school is closed (at weekends, holidays, etc.), you can still contact us:

You can also ring Childline, at any time, for free, confidential help. Just call the number below or click on the image to go to the website:
If you are worried about something, don’t keep it inside. Tell an adult that you know and trust.
As you begin to talk about it, you will feel so much better and the adult can help you feel less worried.
Don’t ever think you’re alone.
Remember that even if something is happening outside of school that is making you worried, you can still tell your teacher or any other member of staff.
Staying Safe Online
You MUST also tell someone if something that worries or upsets you happens while you are ONLINE. There are lots of fun and interesting things you can do on the internet, but it’s important to understand how to stay safe online.
